IMPORTANCE OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN WORK LIFE BALANCE OF EMPLOYEES

Abstract

Sustainability has become a priority for all the organizations. But to integrate sustainability for employees throughout the organization is still a challenge. The purpose of this paper is to showcase the importance of sustainable development of employees to keep their work life balance and examine the factors that potentially enhance the effects of sustainability on employee engagement in any organization.
