Abstract

Global warming and its effects on India's climate is real. It is the "talk of the town" of this century, and its negative effects have already been brought to light by repeated massive floods, annihilating droughts, and ravaging cyclones all over the world. Global temperatures have risen more than they have ever been in the past millennium, and atmospheric CO2 concentrations have surpassed all records. India ranks in the top 10 according to a review of the past 100 years.
