This review research paper aims to explore the challenges faced by Human Resource (HR) managers in the transition to remote work and identify strategies to effectively manage remote teams. The theoretical framework includes theories and concepts related to remote work, HR management, organizational behavior, and technology adoption. A comprehensive literature review is conducted to analyze existing studies, reports, and case studies on remote work challenges and HR strategies. The paper also includes insights from interviews or surveys with HR professionals. The findings highlight common challenges such as communication barriers, employee engagement issues, performance evaluation concerns, and the impact on organizational culture.
