Abstract

Leaders are faced with the challenge of how to motivate the employees to achieve the required output continuously or it can also be said how to keep employees motivated always to deliver the output. Job satisfaction is used as one of the parameters for measuring employee well-being and employee engagement. Motivation and Job Satisfaction are interlinked and play a major role in the success of the organization. Leaders can play a major role in keeping employees motivated to deliver to the requirements and also find job satisfaction. This article delves into the intricacies of job satisfaction and motivation from a first-person perspective, drawing insights from personal experiences in the workplace. Through reflective analysis, this study examines the interplay between various factors influencing job satisfaction and motivation, exploring both intrinsic and extrinsic drivers. The narrative unfolds against the backdrop of a dynamic corporate environment, highlighting the challenges, triumphs and evolving dynamics encountered throughout the professional journey. The findings will be helpful for first-time Managers.
