Abstract

Artificial intelligence is growing rapidly in today's expanding and technological advanced world. AI is growing in technology, which leads to making an impact on the economy; therefore, it is time for the laws governing intellectual property to have answers for the future possible things that AI might bring forth pertinent questions concerning Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for, it challenges not only traditional notions of concepts such as patents and copyrights, but also leads to the emergence of questions related to the regulation of such creations. Still, it creates several legal difficulties affecting intellectual property laws, particularly patents, copyrights and their administration, which are extremely complicated and must be handled. It has a significant impact on the right of protection and the inventor's notion in the field of intellectual property. Historically, inventions have been safeguarded by a framework of intellectual property regulations, the centrepiece of which are patents. AI is not only a simple new source of creative work; but also vital for accessing the work of others. The study paper will go into great detail regarding the influence of artificial intelligence on intellectual property rights, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of AI on creativity and innovation in IPR.
