CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN IN STEM FIELDS: A COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract

This Paper provides a thorough examination of the obstacles and chances faced by females pursuing careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) sectors. By means of a comprehensive analysis of extant literature, empirical investigations, and expert perspectives, the study explores the complex aspects that impact women's involvement and progression in STEM fields. Examined are the socio-cultural, institutional, and systemic barriers that prevent women from pursuing STEM careers and education due to widespread biases, stereotypes, and inequities.
