PROBLEMS OF WORKING WOMEN

Abstract

Generally, men and women have different roll in our society. The kind of work a man or a woman do is based on our natural skill set. Nature clearly created men and women differently, that is why men used to earn for their families and women used to be home makers. But time has changed and our needs also. Families are facing economical crisis, so women are start earning. Most of the cases our work place infrastructures are not created for women. On the other side our traditional attitudes about the role of a woman in a family did not change at all. Women are not used to work in a work place, job responsibilities; professionalization is very new thing for them to deal with. Doing family stuff, going out for work, adjusting in working environment by all of these working women are facing various problems. The study is dealing with the problems related with families, workplace, some inner conflict of working women and how social media is affecting it.
