Human rights are minimum rights which are compulsorily obtainable by every individual. The concept of human rights is related to the concept of human dignity. Human rights are those rights which are fundamental for living and for normal human existence. Human rights of women refer to the freedoms and rights inherently possessed by every women and girls of all ages, irrespective of caste, creed, religion and nationality. Human rights of women have opened the way for women around the world to raise the voice against the widespread discrimination and violence that women experience every day. Objective: To study about the Rights of the women and Acts for the Protection of Women. Methodology: Descriptive study is applied for the study. Conclusion: In conclusion we can say that Human Rights are essential for the development of the women’s personality.Metrics
