Abstract

On the map of India, there are different disciplines in the social system from one end to the other. The word social means “society”, society refers to socialized human affairs, the relationship between individuals and society or relating to companionship or association or refers to people or animals living in a group. Social rights, the right to an organized life recognized and protected by the state are called social rights, these rights are essential for leading a civilized life, the right to education, the right to own property, right to enjoyment. Religious rights, religious rights include the freedom of the society to adopt, practice, change religion and perform duties in the development of one’s own religion, a national behaviour based on religion, behaviour, belief and life system can be different which is considered as a social right within the society. The customs of Samgana that we find are mainly based on the Stoa later Gandharva songs were in vogue in the society in both concentrated and unstructured forms. These Gandharva songs were later transformed into Marga and Desi songs. It is this desi song that takes shape in classical music. Later these desi songs gradually evolved into Dhrupad and Khayal songs which are prevalent in society.
