This review research paper investigates the multifaceted relationship between teacher professional development (PD) programs and student achievement outcomes. The primary objective is to assess the efficacy of various PD interventions in enhancing educators' instructional practices and, consequently, influencing student learning outcomes. A comprehensive synthesis of existing literature, encompassing empirical studies, meta-analyses, and longitudinal analyses, is employed to analyze the diverse array of PD models and their differential impacts across educational settings.Metrics
