Abstract

This review research paper explores the intricate dynamics surrounding women's ascent to leadership positions within corporate settings, with a particular focus on dismantling the metaphorical "glass ceiling." In recent decades, there has been a growing acknowledgment of the importance of gender diversity in leadership and its positive impact on organizational performance. Despite increased awareness, women continue to face barriers that impede their progression to upper echelons of leadership.
