Abstract

This review research paper delves into the dynamic interplay between authentic leadership and organizational commitment from a positive psychology perspective. Drawing on a comprehensive synthesis of existing literature, the paper explores the impact of authentic leadership behaviors on fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing employees' commitment to their organizations. Authentic leadership, characterized by transparency, ethical decision-making, and genuine interpersonal relationships, is examined as a key driver of employee engagement and satisfaction.
