This research project titled "A Study of the Impact of Workforce Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Productivity" aims to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and productivity in the workplace. The study was conducted using a survey of 300 employees from different organizations. The survey was designed to measure the level of emotional intelligence of the employees and its impact on their work productivity. The results of the study indicate a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and productivity in the workplace. Employees who exhibit higher levels of emotional intelligence tend to be more productive than those with lower levels. Furthermore, the study found that employees who receive emotional intelligence training perform better than those who do not.Metrics
