Abstract

An important relationship between recruitment and selection practices and organizational performance is the subject of this research paper. Through synthesis and empirical analysis, the purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive understanding of how recruitment and selection processes affect various aspects of organizational performance. We analyze the role recruitment strategies play in attracting and retaining top talent, as well as selection methods in aligning employee skills with organizational objectives.
