The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of ‘Job Satisfaction’ on ‘Employee Performance’. The objective of this study is to study the factors affecting job satisfaction on employee’s performance and to understand suitable measures to improve the satisfaction of employees in the organization. The preliminary investigations revealed a researchable area where most of the employees are satisfied. The determinants of independent variable of ‘Job Satisfaction’ included pay and benefits, trainings, working condition and nature of job. The dependent variable of the study is ‘Employee Performance’. The sample consists of 80 employees based on simple random sampling technique. Moreover, a structured questionnaire was administrated to collect the primary data. There is positive relationship of job satisfaction with employee’s performance. Therefore, it is concluded from the study that satisfied employees were better in performance as compared to dissatisfied employee, thus contributing significant role in uplifting their organization. It is therefore necessary for the organization to make their employees motivated and satisfied towards high performance by adopting different techniques and methods.Metrics
