Abstract

This study was initiated to understand the process of recruiting, training and development initiatives being undertaken at Healthcare Global Enterprises (HCG), Vadodara. The relevant documents for the process were investigated by interning at the firm. Efficient recruitment is seen to be a vital steppingstone for any firm. Proper training of recruited staff leads to a productive workforce and regular initiatives of development sustains a thriving environment of work. All these factors directly impacts the success of a business. In the pursuit of excellence and delivering top-notch healthcare services, organizations worldwide emphasize the paramount importance of an efficient and skilled workforce. Recruitment training and development initiatives play a pivotal role in honing the talents and capabilities of employees, ultimately impacting the quality of care provided to patients. This research delves deep into the realm of Healthcare Global Enterprise (HCG), a leading healthcare organization committed to fostering exceptional professional growth. Our investigation aims to unravel the effectiveness and impact of HCG's recruitment training and development programs on employee performance, job satisfaction, and career advancement.
