In order to preserve the efficacy of the company's training services, the study project named "Training and Development for Employee Performance" seeks to comprehend the viewpoints and attitudes of the numerous TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES personnel. A systematic questionnaire with closed- ended questions was used to gather data. The company's many departments participated in this study. It was discovered throughout the examination that TCS offered the training programs in question to all of its workers, without exception.
