Abstract

The aim of this study is investigate the diversity, equality and Inclusion in organizations. The study is based on sample of 150 participants who were asked to participate in an online survey. Employee diversity, equity and Inclusion emerged as a critical factor in organizational success and development, particularly. By conducting comprehensive review of literature and employing a simple random sampling approach. This research aims to identify the most effective to examine of justice, multiplicity, encompassing, rightfulness, neutrality of employee in organizations.
