PROBLEMS OF TEACHERS IN PRIVATE B.ED. COLLEGES IN MEERUT DISTRICT-: AN ANALYTICAL STUDY

Abstract

In the face of numerous internal and external elements that affect people and society at large, teachers are essential in improving people's general well-being. Teachers are skilled at understanding the country's guiding concepts and creating lesson plans that support these ideals. It is the duty of certified educators to assess the benefits and drawbacks of the educational system. After gaining a thorough understanding of the issues, concerns, and situations related to education, teachers should develop a way of thinking that allows them to critically assess the system and use this information to promote learning excellence. In this paper researcher try to find out the problems of teachers in private B.Ed. college and conclude by using analytical study.
