Abstract

This paper presents a meticulous examination of leadership within change management paradigms, analysing 7233 documents sourced from the Web of Science (WoS) database spanning the decade from 2015 to 2024. Utilizing WoS categories, publication years, affiliations, document types, affiliations, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as lenses along with VOS viewer software, this study illuminate trends, patterns, and emerging themes in leadership for change management research. Through this synthesis, the study offers valuable insights for scholars and practitioners navigating the dynamic terrain of organizational transformation.
