EMERGING TRENDS OF LEADERSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR SUSTAINABLE EDUCATION

Abstract

Although there is a difference in technical and conceptual skills on the basis of this level of supreme leadership or manager, intermediate manager and supervisor, human skills are very necessary at all levels. Incidentally, leadership can be of two types—successful leadership and effective leadership. It is necessary to distinguish between these two types of leadership - (a) Technical expertise, such as knowledge, methods, techniques and skills in the use of machinery and (b) Human skills, such as the ability to work with and by humans, and 3. Perception skills, such as understanding skills, such as an operation or activism. Effective leadership on the other hand is the long-standing attitude change of employees. Even if the leader abandons the organization, the energy and motivation that the employees used to work with remains present. A successful leader may or may not be effective. In a successful but not effective leadership, everything is fine as long as there is a leader.
