Abstract

The need to enhance the cultural intelligence and competency of teachers, working in schools, is the need of the hour. Because it is found, that a teacher with high cultural intelligence can make the classroom transformative and enjoyable. The purpose of the article is to find out the inseparable relations between culture, language and student diversity in a classroom. Language is highly related with any nation’s culture. In any educational environs, multilingualism and student diversity are two sides of a coin, and it is essential to accept this relationship in order to cultivate an inclusive environment.It is nation’s responsibility to provide an equitable opportunity to all students for learning. So, preparing teachers to address an increasingly diverse population within a classroom is an alarming task. The teacher training courses must accept this point of inclusivity.
