TEACHER LEADERSHIP IN EDUCATIONAL REFORMS

Abstract

This chapter explores the essential role of teacher leadership in educational reforms, highlighting how empowering teachers can drive significant improvements in education. Teacher leaders, with their direct student engagement and classroom experience, are ideally positioned to address educational challenges and introduce innovative solutions.
