Abstract

Childhood is the age of learning and playing, the most important stage of life for a person where the habits are formed, cognitive, language and motor skills are developed. The first age of the child to learn good and bad, right and wrong morals. Parents and school play a very crucial role in developing the personality of the child. Every parent wants their child to lead every stage of life in some way or the other. Leadership is of that quality that doesn't teach the child to lead but also develops other traits that are essential for the quality of life led by the child. This chapter discusses the various factors of leadership development and how they can be instilled in children.
