The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, particularly in the field of Gender Studies, brings forth significant opportunities for advancing knowledge and fostering inclusivity. However, it simultaneously raises critical concerns regarding privacy and security. This paper explores the multifaceted dimensions of privacy and security in the context of AI-driven education for Gender Studies. It highlights how AI technologies while offering personalized learning experiences and broad access to diverse resources, can inadvertently perpetuate biases, compromise data privacy, and expose sensitive information. Through a comprehensive review of current literature and case studies, this paper identifies key risks associated with the deployment of AI in educational settings, such as data breaches, unauthorized surveillance, and the exploitation of personal information. Furthermore, it examines the specific challenges that arise in Gender Studies, where the subject matter often involves sensitive and personal narratives that demand heightened confidentiality and ethical considerations. The analysis extends to evaluating existing frameworks and policies designed to mitigate these risks, proposing enhanced protocols and ethical guidelines tailored to protect students and educators in this field. The paper advocates for a balanced approach that leverages the benefits of AI while prioritizing robust privacy protections and security measures. By doing so, it aims to foster a safe and equitable educational environment that upholds the integrity and confidentiality essential to the study of gender issues.Published
