In the past few years ChatGPT has been increasing global popularity among teachers and students, it is currently a noteworthy research topic in the field of education. ChatGPT is one of the most sophisticated chatbots currently in use, as evidenced by its applications for text making, data processing, and curriculum development. However, there are certain drawbacks that may hinder students from improving their critical thinking abilities. In this sense, the objective of this comprehensive theoretical study delves into the ethical considerations surrounding the educational application of ChatGPT. While ChatGPT presents exciting opportunities for enhancing learning experiences, it also raises significant ethical concerns that teachers, administrators, and policymakers must carefully navigate. This study explores various dimensions of ethical considerations, including bias, privacy, transparency, and the responsible integration of AI in education. ChatGPT in education has opened new avenues for learning, with tools like ChatGPT playing a significant role. This study explores the educational use of ChatGPT, highlighting its opportunities and the need for responsible implementation. The analysis's findings led to the conclusion that this AI tool has the potential to improve administrative and academic procedures, but it's crucial to reevaluate the morality of employing such technology. This is due to the fact that this type of AI technology also has the ability to alter how individuals approach various tasks, jobs, and academic processes; therefore, it is necessary to evaluate ChatGPT's appropriate and responsible use in the field of education.Published
