EDUCATION 4.0: USE OF AI TOOLS IN CLASSROOM

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence have transformed the education system and make education more accessible to all kinds of learners. AI tools have changed the traditional teaching-learning process and revolutionized classrooms. From learners searching study materials online to educators preparing assessment, AI has touched every aspect of education system. This chapter focuses on how integrating AI in Education has led to transformation in traditional classroom practices, individualized learning experiences, and opened vast learning possibilities for learners. It has also made education inclusive in the true sense. But AI does not come without significant challenges such as difficulty in acceptance by teachers and learners, problem of accessibility by all, data privacy and security breaches occurring and reduced socialization of learners due to reduced human interaction. Nevertheless, learners have to be prepared to adapt AI in Education so as to become 21stcentury learners, in an era where machines will play a crucial role.
