LEVERAGING THE BENEFITS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) IN EDUCATION FOR CREATING ADAPTIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS

Abstract

There is growing demand of Adaptive learning environments as it personalizes the learning experiences of students customized according to their specific needs and interests. Adaptive educational systems monitor learner characteristics and change the teaching environment to promote and improve learning outcomes. Technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) are revolutionizing a number of industries, including education. In the present paper, the researchers explored the potential of Creating Adaptive Learning Environment by leveraging the benefits of Artificial Intelligence in education. AI systems can clearly interpret student input, deliver immediate corrected feedback, create automatic scoring and formative evaluations, and assist students with adjustments during the learning process. Thus, by determining students' learning gaps, suggesting pertinent material, and monitoring their progress through artificial intelligence, adaptive learning environment can be created to personalize the learning activities and learning experiences of students.
