Abstract

Introduction of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in education has transformed the knowledge acquisition process. New education techniques, approaches are rapidly developing with technology and AI driven world. Technical era familiars us with robotics - a branch of computer science and engineering which concerned the design, concept, manufacture and operation of robots. Among various types of robotic approach, social robotics in education construct an expand scope wherein robots incorporates the role of teaching-learning assistant. AI embedded social robots spreads a special pace for special learners. For preparing students with increasing tech-driven world's demands, social robotics is an emerging perspective to bring education beyond the borders.
