Abstract

This review paper examines the effectiveness of multisensory intervention strategies in enhancing the prerequisite skills for independent living among children with multiple disabilities. The integration of multiple sensory modalities is crucial in addressing the complex needs of these children, promoting skill development in communication, mobility, self-care, and social interaction. This review synthesizes findings from recent studies to provide insights into the efficacy of these interventions and their implications for educational and therapeutic practices.
