Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has emerged as a critical aspect of business strategy in the contemporary era, with a growing emphasis on sustainable development goals. This review paper examines the relationship between CSR initiatives and sustainable development practices, focusing on their impact on environmental, social, and economic dimensions. Utilizing a comprehensive literature review methodology, this paper analyzes the current trends, challenges, and opportunities in CSR implementation for sustainable development across various industries and regions. The findings highlight the importance of CSR in fostering environmental conservation, social equity, and economic prosperity, while also addressing the potential conflicts and trade-offs involved. The paper concludes with recommendations for future research directions and practical implications for businesses, policymakers, and stakeholders to enhance CSR effectiveness in achieving sustainable development goals.
