Abstract

This review research paper explores the transformative role of AI-driven Decision Support Systems (DSS) in empowering managers with data-driven insights. In today's fast-paced and complex business environment, managers face increasing challenges in making informed decisions that drive organizational success. AI-driven DSS leverage advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to analyze vast amounts of data, providing managers with actionable insights and predictive capabilities. The paper begins by examining the evolution of DSS and the integration of AI technologies. It then delves into the key components and functionalities of AI-driven DSS, including data collection, analysis, visualization, and decision modeling. The benefits of these systems in enhancing decision-making processes, optimizing resource allocation, and improving organizational performance are thoroughly discussed. Furthermore, the paper explores the challenges and ethical considerations associated with AI-driven DSS implementation, such as data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency. Strategies for overcoming these challenges and ensuring responsible AI usage in decision support systems are also examined.
