This paper explores the potential of the metaverse for brands, examining the unique opportunities it offers for customer engagement, brand building, and market expansion. We delve into the existing research on metaverse marketing, highlighting its advantages and challenges. The paper then proposes a framework for developing effective marketing campaigns within the metaverse, drawing from established marketing models and adapting them to this novel platform. Finally, we discuss future research directions and considerations for businesses venturing into metaverse marketing.
