CONCEPT OF WASTE MANAGEMENT EDUCATION

Abstract

Education is discipline, education is development, and education is the manifestation. Education helps in the development of the world by nurturing positive values, and attitudes in the individuals of a family, locality, community, and country. So, we can blossom the attitude of sustainability among individuals through education. This paper tries to focus on the concept of waste management education, and its need in the current period to address various problems which are being faced by living beings on the earth. It suggests some practices to include in day-to-day activities for the act of sustainability at the individual level. It provides principles for developing content for waste management education. We need to put in place waste management for all the stakeholders to gift a green beautiful world to future juveniles.
