Sustainable agricultural practices aim to increase crop productivity and, consequently, food production while reducing the environmental damage caused by farming. Sustainable farming methods are being used in many different ways to try and boost rural economic development in small-scale farming community. Farmers may lessen their need on non-renewable energy, use fewer chemicals, and conserve limited resources by implementing sustainable methods. Considering the growing population and increased need for food, maintaining the health and replenishment of the land can be quite beneficial. Agriculture benefits from the environment because pollinators increase crop populations and ecosystems offer stable bases for agricultural growth. Reducing the amount of external energy input and switching to renewable energy sources in place of non-renewable ones is the aim of sustainable agriculture. By conserving water, preventing soil erosion and degradation, and maintaining soil quality, sustainable agriculture also helps the environment. Sustainable agriculture not only offers these advantages but also boosts biodiversity in the region by giving a range of species wholesome, natural habitats to dwell in. The goal of sustainable agriculture is to meet the world's food demands while minimising environmental harm. The article's goal was to find out how well-informed farmers were about balanced fertilisation, sustainable agriculture, and their effects on the environment.Published
