It analyzes the impact of policies like the Right to Education Act in enhancing access and quality education, particularly for marginalized groups. Education correlates with improved health, reduced poverty, and stronger social cohesion. The study emphasizes education's role in fostering tolerance, diversity, and active citizenship, crucial for resilient and inclusive societies. Evidence-based policy recommendations are proposed to prioritize equity and justice in educational systems nationwide. This research highlights successful models and best practices, guiding future policies toward achieving broader societal goals of equity and justice in India.
