HARNESSING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO ACHIEVE SDG 4: ALIGNING WITH NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY 2020

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence AI, a rapidly developing field of technology, has the power to completely transform the way we interact with one another. The transformative goals of National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) of India and Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) which aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning can be realized with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI improves the access to education for all by removing geographical barriers through e-learning platforms and virtual classrooms. With adaptive learning systems designed to meet a variety of educational needs, including those of students with disabilities, it promotes equity and inclusion. This research investigates how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used to meet the goals of both NEP 2020 and SDG 4, guaranteeing that every student has access to a high-quality and inclusive education.
