The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education is transforming how students learn and how educators teach. AI technologies, such as personalized learning platforms, intelligent tutoring systems, and automated grading tools, offer significant benefits in enhancing educational outcomes. However, this transformation also presents a range of ethical challenges that must be addressed to ensure the responsible use of AI in educational settings. This paper examines the ethical implications of AI in education, focusing on issues such as privacy, equity, accountability, and transparency. Privacy concerns arise from the extensive data collection required for AI systems to function effectively, raising questions about data security and consent. Equity issues highlight the potential for AI to exacerbate existing disparities in access to technology and quality education, necessitating the design of inclusive and accessible AI systems. Accountability and transparency are critical in ensuring that AI-driven decisions are fair and understandable to all stakeholders. This paper explores the need for clear accountability mechanisms and transparent AI algorithms to build trust and avoid biases in educational outcomes.Metrics
