The field of education is not exempt from the quantum waves caused by artificial intelligence (AI). Artificial Intelligence is being utilized in school administration to improve student results, optimize the learning experience, and expedite administrative duties. These days are filled with demands that call for accuracy and perseverance in order to handle looming problems as soon as possible and with the fewest mistakes possible. This is where artificial intelligence (AI) steps in to relieve companies of the critical need for problem-solving and wise decision-making. Although the role of AI in school management has not been precisely defined in literature, it is unquestionably making progress in demonstrating its value and effectiveness. Every technology has advantages and disadvantages. However, the goal of this research project is to investigate the use of AI in educational management, specifically in relation to how processes related to student enrollment, engagement, and retention, as well as how to facilitate learning and achieve cost effectiveness, can be investigated. Using a systematic review methodology, the research project looks at the literature on artificial intelligence in educational management. According to the report, AI offers a number of benefits, such as increased cost-effectiveness, personalized learning, and improved student engagement. AI, however, also presents a number of difficulties, including the requirement to retrain the workforce, potential biases, and ethical issues. The study comes to the conclusion that while AI has a great deal of potential to enhance school management, its application requires prudence and care.Metrics
