Traditional evaluation methods fall short in capturing multidimensional skills, highlighting the need for inventive approaches. The study delves into micro and macro levels of assessment innovations. Micro-level practices, such as micro-credentials and instant feedback systems, offer precision and granularity. Micro-credentials validate specific skills, enhancing employability, while instant feedback systems provide real-time guidance, promoting iterative learning and effective problem-solving. At the macro level, integrated projects, portfolios, and competency-based education are investigated. Integrated projects bridge theory and practical application, deepening understanding, while competency-based education focuses on mastery and accommodates diverse learning speeds. The synergy between micro and macro approaches is emphasized, creating a holistic evaluation framework. The research examines benefits and challenges, including resource allocation and curriculum redesign.
