Abstract

Talent acquisition is a holistic approach for hiring new talent, making them trained and retaining those talents for increasing the worth of a business. It is considered as a strategic and foremost step for fulfilling future requirement. It has many benefits such as decrease in cost of hiring, time saving process, organization branding, succession planning and competitive advantage etc. Talent acquisition is termed as an important tool for organizational excellence. One of the biggest challenges for any organization is hiring the best and retaining them for a longer period of time. It fills the gap between the demand and supply of right candidate at a right job. The main objective of this research paper is to explore and identify the best possible factors which directly or indirectly influence the talent acquisition process in any organization. It's really a truth that the companies are regularly working with meaningful staffing factors like inspiring the best skills at a low wage pattern, supplying existing staff to continuing work opportunities, best staff in the leadership team, quickly and effectively engaging employees, etc., dictating cases of high scratching, hiring and trying to control the cost of recruiting new employees. Companies must be creative and original and examine their issues from a viewpoint in order to provide with realistic solutions to sustain jobs.
