Traditional sports training emphasizes physical endurance, but modern approaches recognize the mind-body connection as a crucial determinant of success. Yoga enhances flexibility, balance, injury prevention, and recovery, while mindfulness strengthens focus, emotional regulation, and stress management. Together, they improve cognitive clarity and body awareness, allowing athletes to perform optimally under pressure.
