Abstract

Self awareness plays a significant role in developing, maintaining, controlling, expressing and regulating one’s emotion in various circumstances such as familial, social, work and leadership. Knowing oneself and knowing others are the two important psychological tools to understand one’s own emotion and that of others in social communication and networking. Expanding one’s social world in everyday life is much more important for self development, social welfare and socio-economic development. Exercising self development and social development practices facilitates to enhance emotional and social intelligence.
