Abstract

Online food delivery apps are an emerging online business. It is widely used by restaurants, catering services and customers. Especially during the Covid -19 pandemic these apps proved to be a major intermediary between the restaurants and customers. This study aims to evaluate the use of food delivery apps during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data has been collected with the sample size of 150. It is a study about the preference, perception, usefulness and relevance of such apps during COVID. Furthermore the outcome can be considered by academician’s, food delivery companies, app designers and other app-based businesses as it shows customer preference and how they can better their services to attract more consumers and continued usage intentions of the present consumers.
