Abstract

Human Resource Development Climate is an essential tool for developing and achieving the organizational objectives. It is a vital element considered for formulation of strategy know a days. There are diverse dimensions of Human Resource Development Climate which considers wide perspective associated with an organization. Organizational Commitment represents the multidimensional perspective associated with Commitment an employee’s holds with his organization and job role. Present research study seeks to determine the association of Human resource Development Climate with Organizational Commitment among employees in professional institutes in Rajouri and Poonch districts. The study includes Openness, Confrontation and Authenticity as dimensions of Human Resource Development Climate whereas Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment and Continuance Commitment are the dimensions of Organizational Commitment considered in this research study.
