HISTORY OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN JHARKHAND- A DETAILED STUDY

Abstract

In the recent years, Jharkhand's entrepreneurship growth has accelerated quickly. The state has concentrated on opening centres that are somewhat substantial in size and longer-duration programmes with an emphasis on soft skills and OJT/Apprenticeship components. To increase the employability of the state's young people, the state government has also worked with other organizations to establish entrepreneurship facilities in college buildings and other locations. In collaboration with numerous other top international businesses, including Siemens, the government has started an entrepreneurship development programme for the industry. A thorough plan that knits together all of its components was desperately needed as it grows in scope and maturity. The timing of this policy's release will allow for quick progress and better results for skill-development and entrepreneurship initiatives in the state, particularly for young people. The Jharkhand government is committed to promoting youth skill development as a means of fostering state progress.
