Abstract

When COVID-19 struck, it compelled societal changes all over the world. Nearly overnight, issued orders restricting large crowds, limiting in person business operations, and encouraging people to work from home as much as possible. As a result, businesses and schools alike began to look for ways to operate remotely. Acceleration of digital transformation has occurred in order to reduce the crisis of COVID-19 exposure and capture opportunities. This paper investigates the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic on digital transformation in India's various sectors. COVID-19 Pandemic protocols such as social distancing, lockdown, and the new normal to control the spread of COVID-19 have an impact on various industrial & Utility service vertical sectors such as Industry, Supply chain & Logistics, aviation, travel and tourism, education, and shopping etc.
