In the social and professional life of any person or community, the female domestic workers play a significant role as an ‘indispensable element’ and contribute towards their inexplicit personal and professional life balance, health, and welfare, and empowerment growth but they remained informal, unorganized, unskilled, uneducated, untalented, unprivileged, unbanked, vulnerable and deprived of all financial and legal laws and schemes of the society. Furthermore, the negative effect of lockdown brought mental grit and trauma to them as they were allotted the title ‘disease carrier’ by their employer and terminated by their current households. Though these frazzled individuals did not give up hope and started perceiving the other means of livelihood without any external support from the regulatory authorities and few of them emerged as a very small-scale entrepreneurs, if any legal or proper financial assistance and financial literacy will be given to them, they may be also sufficient to contribution in the growth and development of the economy.
