Abstract

This research paper examines the educational influence handled by teachers at the Centre of Knowledge and Arts (CKA) in India. By focusing on teacher’s pivotal role in shaping the learning environment and student outcomes this paper explored the authority of teachers at the CKA. Here researchers utilized qualitative research methods including interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study investigates multifaceted contributions of teachers within the CKA context, here researchers also dealt with examining the pedagogical approaches, instructional methods, and the support mechanisms employed by teachers to facilitate comprehensive student development. The findings of the paper showed the indispensable role of teachers in enhancing an enriching learning atmosphere, nurturing creativity, and promoting holistic development by focusing on the importance of ongoing professional development initiatives aimed at enhancing their teaching quality and efficacy. By providing insights into the educational landscape of India and offering recommendations for optimizing teacher impact within similar educational institutions.
