Abstract

This study deals with different aspects of emotions. The main Objective are first to study the empirical investigation of the impact of stress and anxiety . Stress is defined as any internal or external stimulation that causes a biological reaction. Stress reactions are the coping mechanisms that these challenges elicit. Stress can cause changes in homeostasis, potentially fatal consequences, or even cause death, depending on the kind, timing, and intensity of the administered stimulus. Stress plays a major role in the psychophysiology complications of many diseases, and those who are exposed to stress such as those who work in stressful situations or live in them are more likely to suffer from a variety of ailments. Several illnesses and pathological states can be made worse or even triggered by stress. Among mental illnesses, anxiety disorders are the most prevalent kind.Trait anxiety and state anxiety.An extreme feeling of tension, worry, or apprehension over a negative future event characterizes the mental state of anxiety. The state and trait forms of anxiety, which are characterized as a more fleeting response to a negative circumstance and as a more consistent personality characteristic along the course of experiencing events, respectively.The article discusses the elements of coping strategies treatments that are both common and specific to the treatment of stress and anxiety.
